This is a light to medium-duty industrial high-strength eye hoist hook with safety latch (commonly called an eye material hook or standard forged eye hoist hook), rated for a working load limit (WLL) of 1 ton (1 TON / 1000 kg). Unlike swivel hooks or clevis chain hooks, this model uses a classic fixed eye at the top for rigid or flexible connection through connecting links, shackles, synthetic slings or wire rope ferrules. The rigid spring safety latch and full red industrial finish help prevent accidental unhooking—making it a widely used terminal fitting on small hoists, winches and assembled slings.

- Forged steel, heat treated: One-piece drop-forged from high-tensile carbon or alloy steel, quenched and tempered for fatigue resistance and tensile strength. Under overload the hook tends to open and bend plastically rather than snap brittle without warning.
- WLL 1TON markings: Clear forged markings include WLL 1TON on the hook belly; CE marking can be arranged per order when required for quick inspection and load matching.
- Spring safety latch: High-strength stamped steel latch with a torsion spring self-closes after the sling or ring seats in the hook bowl—blocking slip-out from sway, vibration or slack during the lift.

Safety Guidelines
- Never load on the hook tip or latch—the sling or ring must seat fully in the hook bowl. Tip loading can cause severe opening, deformation or failure.
- Inspect the latch and spring before each shift—do not use if the latch is bent, will not close or the spring is weak.
- Do not rotate under load—fixed eye hooks are not swivel hooks; forced rotation at the eye creates severe shear and torque on the connection.
- Do not weld, heat or modify—the heat treatment must not be altered.
