Beam Clamps
Malleable cast iron beam clamp for steel suspension and support systems—precision cast from quality malleable iron with electro-galvanized finish. Installs without welding or drilling on I-beam, H-beam and channel flanges; widely used in fire protection, HVAC, electrical, piping, cable tray and industrial equipment mounting.
Request a QuoteThe malleable cast iron beam clamp is a mechanical clamping connector mounted on the flanges of I-beams, H-section steel, channel steel and similar structural steel. It is used for suspension systems, pipe support, cable tray runs and equipment mounting in building and industrial projects. The body is precision cast from quality malleable iron, offering high mechanical strength, good toughness and excellent impact resistance.
Installation is purely mechanical—no welding or drilling of the beam is required. The top set screw clamps the flange firmly in place without altering the original steel structure, which speeds up field work and allows the clamp to be removed and reused as project needs change.
The full surface is electro-galvanized for rust resistance, corrosion protection and long-term durability in construction, industrial plants, warehousing, logistics and MEP environments.
Malleable cast iron beam clamps are widely used in construction, industrial installation and steel structure support systems as fixed connection points on beams, providing a reliable base for suspension and support assemblies.
