1. Product Overview

This industrial pressed steel beam clamp with conduit clamp (also known as a conduit hanger assembly or beam clamp conduit combo) combines a high-strength stamped steel I-beam clamp with an integrated pipe/conduit fixing bracket. It is designed to mount electrical conduit, piping and cable bundles directly on I-beam, H-section and channel flanges.

The assembly is precision-stamped from quality carbon steel plate with full electro-galvanized finish. A top set screw clamps the unit to the steel flange; the lower conduit clamp section secures metal conduit such as EMT, IMC or rigid conduit with a dedicated fastening bolt. Installation is fully mechanical—no welding or drilling required—making it a highly efficient connector for electrical and MEP routing on steel structures.

2. Product Features

  • 2-in-1 integrated design: Beam clamp and conduit clamp in one unit—no separate parts to source or assemble, simplifying conduit routing on structural steel.
  • Pressed steel construction: Precision-stamped carbon steel—compact, lightweight structure with excellent tensile strength and mechanical toughness; even load distribution resists cracking.
  • Non-destructive installation: Pure mechanical clamping and conduit fixing—no holes, cuts or welds in the building steel, preserving flange integrity and protective coatings.
  • Secure grip and conduit lock: High-strength hex set screw bites into the flange for anti-slip performance; dedicated conduit clamp bolt holds pipe or conduit firmly in place.
  • Full electro-galvanized finish: Dense industrial zinc plating with clean appearance—excellent rust, corrosion and oxidation resistance for indoor and general industrial use.

3. Product Advantages

  • One-step installation—beam clamping and conduit fixing in a single operation
  • No drilling or welding—reduces site risk, sparks and labor cost
  • Lightweight stamped structure with high load capacity
  • Neat, orderly conduit layout along or across steel beams
  • Fully removable and repositionable for maintenance, expansion or rework

4. Application Scenarios

Widely used in steel-framed buildings, industrial plants and MEP projects for fast fixing of electrical and small-bore piping systems:

  • Building electrical and lighting: EMT conduit, IMC/rigid metal conduit, PVC conduit runs and cable bundles on I-beam flanges.
  • Building MEP and small-bore piping: Fire sprinkler branch lines, small plumbing runs, pneumatic tubing and sensor signal conduit.
  • Industrial plants and warehousing: Electrical routing, lighting wiring and monitoring equipment lines on long-span steel beams.
  • Commercial steel structures: Exposed steel ceiling areas—integrated conduit support and neat cable management.
